I chose Sweetpea’s to create a nice floral arrangement for my mother’s birthday. There was a glitch in their system the day of delivery which resulted in a slight delay, however the staff member I dealt with was quick to address the issue, empathized greatly, and was able to rectify the issue quickly and much to my satisfaction. I am very impressed with the quality and customer service from Sweetpea’s, and I am definitely going to be a repeat customer.
Their online service was impeccable. When my plant wasn't in stock, they kept me updated about what was going on and why. They also offered me a number of options (including waiting for a new shipment to come, or substituting my order). When I had questions I was responded to right away in such a courteous and pleasant manner. When my order arrived, I was so pleased to find instructions for caring for my plant as well as more info about their ethical and sustainability practices. All in all a great company, with kind employees and great intentions. I'll definitely be ordering from this place again :)
Sweetpea's offers above and beyond arrangements AND customer service every time! From ordering to shipping to home care, Sweetpea's is really genuinely working to give customers the best experience. I had a sad hydrangea after less than 24hrs with a new bouquet, and they were so empathetic and gave me a little (impressive!!) something to make up for it. I couldn't be more blown away with the friendly, professional, specialized customer service I received. And of course the flowers are well thought out and so so gorgeous! Thank you Sweetpea's!!
