I recently went with my friends for celebration, and the staff from the beginning and until the moment we left were very kind, friendly, helpful and accommodating. All of us loved our massage experience in Sweetgrass, my friends had Gina, I had someone else, possibly Celina? but they all were great and she took her time and listened to my concerns and focused on those areas and days later, my back is pain free. I also loved the pool and hot tub.
I do wish they had more options in their tea section in the lounge, maybe a coffee machine?
I booked a full spa day package and for the price point this place is just ok. Sometimes it's the little things that matter and there seems to be perhaps a general lack of attention to the small details.
As others have mentioned the pool/water area is dated. There could be some more lounge seating. And I found it odd that indoor fabric pillows we're using the pool area. The sauna wasn't working for my visit. Also for some reason three men needed to come in and look at some light fixtures that were not working in the pool and hot tub area. The best facial I've ever had! Natasha was absolutely incredible, sensitive to all of my needs and so kind about accommodations I needed. She was so kind, funny and created an amazingly relaxed environment. Can't recommend her enough! I will be going back for sure.
