I came in late coz on the text reminder, it says try not to show up early 😅 anyway, so i stalled though I left home 11am for my 1pm appointment. Long story short, I am very grateful for the staff and the lady who did my nails (i missed to ask for her name). It’s like magic! She skillfully and creatively did what I showed her. She is very accommodating and GENTLE, very soft spoken too.. My experience with Sway Nails was the BEST so far. I’ve mentioned I came in late but never in the whole time that I felt she’s trying to be in a hurry. She works so efficiently beautiful! My wife, baby and I went to Sway Nails & Spa during their Grand Opening and we were in awe of how amazing the place looks and were happy with how easily we found parking. My wife has since enjoyed many relaxing days at the luxurious spa, even with our baby girl. I wasn't concerned with my wife bringing our daughter there because the spa is very clean, spacious and well-ventilated. The staff are so sincere and friendly; my wife had no trouble sitting back, relaxing and getting her nails done, even with our daughter with her; the staff shared lots of smiles with our baby to ensure my wife had a top-notch Sway experience.
