I actually ended up here by accident—I was planning to eat at Damda when I saw Susie's acupuncture place. I had a right hip strain and was having a hard time walking, so I figured, why not give acupuncture a try?
It was my first time, and it honestly didn't hurt at all! She started with acupuncture on my right hip and leg, then did cupping. She also used a warm red light that felt really relaxing and finished with a light massage.

Dr. Susie is a Toronto gem. Years ago, I had a sports injury where I had a massive paralyzing cramp in my left calf. Her first intervention was through accupuncture, cupping and massage. It was after a second visit that within 4 days, I was able to walk normally again and recover within that week, with very diminished pain. On the 6th day that I recovered normal full range of motion, pain free. I would recommend her to anyone needing a professional who is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and fair priced, to see her. I had a problem with chronic swelling on one side of my face from a virus 4 years ago. I had gone to see a few other practitioners, but they couldn’t resolve it. I have seen Susie only ONCE and it is the best it’s ever been. My boyfriend noticed right away, “you look healthy and you have your old face back”. My appetite also came back in the morning, and I have more energy throughout the day. I can’t wait to see her again!!!
