I just spoke on the phone with an employee, Jag, who was more than helpful on taking time to make sure I select the right product for me and even price match. The first time I was in the store buying tattoo ink and piercing jewelry for myself it was a smooth and easy experience. I will come here for all my tattoo needs!
My experience purchasing here was decent. I'm pretty new so I shopped around a bit first, and this place had the goods. The website was pretty clear, and there's a posting on the door saying to please know what you want before you come in - I tried to be as polite as possible when I asked questions because of that. The responses I got from the lady at the counter and the guy at the computer were really helpful and actually led to me purchasing more appropriate products.Not to invalidate people's negative experiences here - but if I couldn't follow the posted guidelines, I tried to at least be pretty respectful about it (the rubber bands aren't methylbuta free, don't ask)....read full review
