Sladja was a magician. She didn't just cut and color my hair, she listened to what I actually wanted. She made everything look effortless.
She was incredibly communicative throughout the process, explaining what she was doing as she went, asked clarifying questions when I wasn't being clear enough, and cared about the outcome. I didn't have to wonder what was happening or worry I'd made a mistake trusting someone with my hair. She kept me in the loop the entire time, which i appreciated.
I felt marvelous leaving my appointment. I'll be bringing my hair back to Sladja. The kind of care, skill and attention she brings isn't something you find everywhere :)
