Honestly didn’t think a foot clinic would fix my knee pain, but here we are. I’m a pretty new runner and my knees were giving me grief for weeks — tried stretching, foam rolling, rest days, you name it. Nothing stuck. A friend suggested I see Rachel at this clinic and I’m so glad I did. She watched me run, asked the right questions, and actually explained what was going on rather than just handing me a generic solution. Turned out my gait was the culprit. Highly recommend Step Right Foot Clinic. Rachel and Kewanna have been amazing — very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
