Steffi Black Coaching offers mindful guidance through one-on-one coaching and Qigong practices, helping individuals connect with their innate wisdom and find a more peaceful path. Steffi has a very dynamic and easy to follow teaching style. Her Spring Forest Qigong classes are gentle and calming with a fun way to teach. Participants appreciate her guidance and support, reporting feelings of happiness, joy, peace, contentment, and gratitude. Many experience a huge change from feeling angst and uptight to a calm and happy place, free of stagnant energy. Her approach is wonderful for skeptics and helps heal pain, with a very pleasant and supportive style.
