A magnificent approach to skincare in a stunning clinic like no other in the city. The staff is incredible and truly care.
I had a Hydrafacial appointment a couple of weeks ago and wanted to share my experience. Melanie was absolutely wonderful — very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain each step and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
That said, I did find the pre-appointment form a bit excessive. It requested a lot of detailed information that didn’t seem entirely necessary for a facial treatment. Streamlining that part would definitely improve the overall experience.
Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would still recommend, especially thanks to Melanie’s excellent care.
