I started acupuncture in 2023 and feel like this is my safe place. I got to explore my anxieties and feel growth in how I manage and see things in life.

I used to have aches and pains that affected my quality of life, and where massage, physio, and other acupuncturists could not make any lasting effect. Something about the needles feels very deep and far-reaching for my chronic muscle tension. The knots melt away! It feels magical, and friends find it hard to believe that I always seem well.

I have been here for scoliosis-related muscle tension, pregnancy, postpartum, digestion, colds, stress/anxiety, and trouble with sleep. I have seen Richard and Jaime, who are wonderful.

Additionally, the front desk staff seem to be very attuned. I've received many thoughtful words and support both before and after my appointments.
