I’ve been a patient of Dr Shields for about 10 years. I’m not crazy happy about dental work, but I know it must be done. I’m warming up to it nicely over the past year; largely because hygenist Wen is so good. She’s professional, skilled and gentle with big chickens like me. Thank you Wen.

As someone using ODSP insurance i tend to be denied service or given very poor and quickly done service. I've gone from hole in the wall dentist to hole in the wall dentist receiving oral care that only made my problems worse requiring more dental work. A friend of mine mentioned when he was in school all the kids would see Dr shields and he having never met her still had nothing but good things to say.

So i decided to give them a shot. and honestly if i could put up 6 stars i would. They treat you as a human, you're not just some cheap ODSP patient who's just a quick in and out. They cared about my teeth, they cared about how i felt about them too, constantly...read full review

I have been sooooo frightened of dentists for so long and then I found Dr. Shields and her team....I have never been so happy ever!!! She gave me back my smile ? she and her entire team are the very best, they are so kind and understanding to needs of clients, I left the this morning with a Cheshire cat grin they're are the best in Toronto if not Canada, of not North America!!!! Thank you so much ?
