Shawn is the absolute best! I’ve been going to him for years throughout my competitive gymnastics and cheerleading careers, he always provides the best treatment in order to get me back on track!
I highly recommend Shawn, he is very knowledgable and dedicated to helping and making personalized suggestions that really helped. I've seen previous physiotherapists in the past and Shawn's level of care and talent was above and beyond!
I’ve been seeing Shawn on and off for 2 years since my ACL reconstruction & meniscus repair surgery. I worked with a different physio who wasn’t meeting my needs, then a friend referred me to Shawn. He is very knowledgeable and worked with me on specific goals. He uses a combination of different techniques including manual work and dry needling, and I usually feel instant improvement after our sessions with good maintenance. The home visits and his flexibility makes it easy to schedule a session. He made a huge difference in my recovery and has gotten me back to all the things I loved prior to the surgery.
