This location is clean, convenient and has awesome staff! While I was waiting for my train, I killed some time in this location. While what I originally wanted to buy wasn’t in stock, I ended up getting a better alternative with the help from Naeema! She was so friendly and gave her honest feedback, without feeling pressured to buy! And the cashier Emilie (I believe that was her name, sorry if I’m wrong >•<) was also friendly and chill! Whenever I’m downtown, I’ll make this my go-to Sephora!

From the moment I arrived, Dani made my experience at Sephora exceptional. She was a true pleasure from start to finish, warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Outstanding service at Sephora Union Station (NARS counter)

I had an amazing experience with Bhav at the NARS counter in Sephora Union Station this New Year. She helped me select three lip products, including perfectly matched neutral and cool-toned lip liners and a beautiful lip salve that I absolutely love.

Bhav is exceptionally knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made thoughtful recommendations that suited my tone and preferences perfectly. Her expertise with lip products really shows.
