2 stars go to the sufficient stock of products. I can always find products I want available here.However, the sale reps here are so rude, mean, and impatient.Just went in for my online order pickup before x’mas, no greetings. Employees both at the cashier and the online order pickup had cold look. When asked for more questions, they were impatient and would rudely interrupt when I was talking. And no saying “happy holiday” or “thanks for shopping with us”.Such an unpleasant experience.

I had the most amazing experience at Sephora with Joel!!! :)))He did my perk face and lip treatment and as it was my first time I was nervous but Joel made everything super comfortable and easy! I left feeling great and my face and lips feeling even better!!! :DI will definitely coming back for more treatments in the future with him!! :)

Updated: Monday, September 6th, 2023Zainab, Tammy and Anam went above and above the expectations this morning when I came into the store to purchase a few items during the annual VIB sale. First and foremost, their professionalism was remarkable and highly appreciated. They were knowledgeable, friendly and wholesome which are all exemplars of qualities that many other Sephora associates at this store possess.
