Excellence is an understatement. Rose is knowledgeable, professional and experienced. Rose did microblading on my eyebrows and permanent upper and lower eyeliner. She did an amazing job . I get compliments from my friends at how natural my brows and eyeliner look.. She was extremely patient to answer all of my questions and answers them with such knowledge.
