Wow! I love Marilda at Salon Serenity Hair….If you are like me and need to be able to discuss style ideas and options before your hair is cut, then this salon is for you.We discussed all my wishes, concerns etc, and then she did an awesome job! Really happy with my hair!

First time at this salon last week, and the owner, Marilda, was so amazing, it blew me away. I went into the salon with every intention of getting lowlights, highlights or a mixture to cover up my grey hair in the front and dark natural hair in the back,We had a long discussion about my lifestyle and no nonsense routine with my hair. I would hate having to go back for root maintenance. I’m a wash and air dry gal. I don’t have the patience for fussing.I’m the end, we decided on a blue shampoo, a Karastase hair mask, and trim. And WOW!What a difference! I no longer look grey as the shampoo just toned down those hairs so everything blends nicely!I am so grateful...read full review

Marilda is soooo amazing!!!! My virgin hair is super dark brown with so much grey hair. It's a leap of faith to go this blonde from my original shade. She is a very good listener who understood exactly what I wanted. And she really nailed it!!! No need to go to Yorkville/ downtown/midtown just for my hair anymore. Thank you so much, Marilda!
