I had a very old, very odd key that I needed to copy. Went to two places before Safe Guard who couldn’t duplicate it. Within 5 minutes at Safe Guard the key was made and I was on my way. Very knowledgeable and really pleasant service.

I had a problem with the lock on my office's plate glass door and I called them with the idea that they would need to send a technician, but after a quick description of the problem the technician was able to help me fix the issue myself. I offered to pay but because they were able to help me out so quickly they told me not to worry. I will definitely call them in the future if I have any real lock problems.
