I had an issue with my Dell laptop which went through an update and wouldn't turn back on, I walked into the store Monday morning and they fixed it right there and also didn't charge. Very friendly and quick. Thank you?

I had a great experience here at Rosedale Computers with the owner Kia! He is a friendly man, knowledgeable, and instead of just trying to sell his services & products? Kia also made great recommendations, and wanted to help me to save money... I would not hesitate to come back again, or refer friends and families to this store. I had the pleasure of meeting Kia 24? years ago when I was having an issue with a very old computer. He came out of his way, after business hours to help resolve the issue and when he couldn’t repair it in my home, he took it with him and then dropped it off for me. If/when I have any issues, big or small, he is always helpful and accommodating. His calm demeanor, reassurance and excellent computer skills always give me hope that my computer is in the best hands. I highly recommend him and grateful to have met him.
