We have used Reliable several times, and in all cases, it is 'reliable' like the name and provides superior service. Pick up, excellent rug cleaning, drop off, put rugs back in place. We have a dog, and previously much loved cats, so our area rugs get a lot of mileage. We do our best to keep them clean but sometimes they just need a professional! We’ve been bringing our rugs on rotation since about 2019 and so grateful for the great job that Reliable Carpet care always does. They take great pride in their work, are great at communicating, and even got out some tough stains recently. Delivery and drop off services are also so handy! We’ll be reliable customers for a while!!!
I had a great customer experience. Reasonable prices and the communication was prompt and consistent over the phone and email. I appreciated when the person I spoke to on the phone detailed our conversation via email as well. Seamless pick up and drop off included in price. They returned my rug quickly because I asked to put a rush on it. They were very professional and prompt providing an exceptional experience. My rug feels extremely clean and fresh with it’s original beauty restored.
