This company has been harassing me and spam calling me every day at work for the past three days as well as sending several spam emails, I talked to a community manager who said I paid $300 which I did and not regret - and that there’s no reason they should be harassing me, and yet this has been the case for a week. I told them I work 9-5 and to not call me and they do the exact opposite of what I asked, I asked them four times in email and on the phone.
This is a word that gets thrown around a lot, but in this instance it is accurate. This behavior is crazy.
AVOID REGUS. We used them for a year and there is no customer service… when we needed them they never replied back they never tried to help we tried to escalate our problems and nobody would listen I’m leaving this review to warn other businesses who want to have a shared office, stay away from REGUS they don’t care about you and your business. I have told regus many times, I will remove all of my bad reviews when they decide to escalate my problem and communicate with me via phone. I have left multiple reviews. Some day when they decide they care about their customers they can call me and I will explain my problem and remove my reviews once they solve the issue....read full review
