Beware of Hidden Fees and Deceptive Practices!
I signed up for this service based on an advertised monthly fee, but was immediately hit with surprise charges that were never disclosed upfront. What was supposed to be a simple subscription quickly turned into a total nightmare with unexpected fees for activation, storage, and “next month’s service,” among others.
When I tried to cancel within two days, I was told I couldn’t do so for at least two months, completely unreasonable. After consulting a lawyer, I learned this company is likely violating several consumer protection laws.

Horrible experience from the get-go. They entice you for a 1 year contract you cannot break even if their service is deplorable. To begin with, I had to spend hours to try to make the first payment as their security settings and 2 factor verification on neither the desk top web site nor on their app worked. I had to wait for about 2 weeks for the local site staff to claim that they had it fixed. It still didn't work and I finally have them accept a credit card payment instead. Following this, they never provided me with weekly mail forwarding although they charged me for it. I rented an office and the on-board was extremely frustrating. Due to my company being an international company and it had to wire money every month, there were a lot of issues. Also I still haven't got my three months retainer after moving out of Regus in March. It has been 5 or 6 months. Before they would pick up the calls or answer my emails. Recently they started ghosting me. I don't know how I can get the retainer back. You gave me a case number but that is it. It has been another 2 months, the issue is still not solved.
