The owner is very experienced and knowledgeable. The prices are reasonable and the quality is very high. I’ve had rubber soles applied on several pair of loafers and the rubber soles were made seamless with the original sole. I also had a pair of heels replaced and work was as good as original.
This is a fantastic place for a quick repair. I had a business meeting in an hour and then the pin in my belt broke. I walked over and the owner repaired my belt in 5 mins for free.

Just finished picking up my boots he repaired, and I am thrilled. I never usually leave reviews but I came in at 1:30pm, asked if he could repair both boots (sole fully torn off) by today, he had them done by 4pm, looking brand new, and at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back with my loafers.
