Made the switch from api which has be awful since they took over from Bell. Have been very impressed with the timeliness and responsiveness from Protection Plus. The tech (Deion) who helped me was wonderful - on-time, efficient, very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Protection Plus from start to finish. Brandon, the project manager, personally helped us with the scheduling and quote and took the time to walk us through the entire process with clear explanations, which made everything feel easy and well-organized.

Scheduling was smooth, the installers arrived right on time, and the installation itself was excellent. The team was polite, professional, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall, a seamless and very positive experience. Highly recommended!
