The staff is super friendly, but if you are there for live aquarium plants or fish, best to go somewhere else. The plant selection was mostly dead and melting. I noted some moss in a little container and it was black and dead. The fish looked unhealthy.
I did find what I needed for the cat and there was a wide selection for furry animals. Just avoid for fish and live plants
Our dog passed away from cancer a few days after his last grooming appointment. We mentioned that he was sick when checking in, and Tia was so great. She took extra care to make sure he looked his very best for his final days. We didn’t know he would pass so soon, but we are so grateful for the kindness he was shown here not only during his final visit, but during every visit we had over the years.
I had the pleasure of having Nya Proctor groom my dog Marley at PetSmart, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Nya did an absolutely amazing job--Marley came out looking and feeling fantastic. She was so patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. You can tell she genuinely cares about the pets she works with. Marley can be a little nervous during the grooming, but Nya handled her with such care and expertise that Marley seemed calm and happy when I picked her up. Her coat looks perfect, and she smells great too! I highly recommend Nya to anyone looking for a skilled and caring groomer. Thank you, Nya, for taking such great care of Marley. We'll definitely be back!
