I was in this store a few weeks back and was looking for some new food for my elderly cat. When my husband and I asked for some direction from staff they were very unhelpful and did not seem eager to help. We had asked some younger looking employees for insight but they seemed to have little to no knowledge about cats. They spoke to us in quite a rude and disrespectful manner especially the girl with ginger hair and glasses. We are very displeased in the service and will not be returning to this location. Your employees need to be taught how to talk to people in a respectful manner and hire people that will know the answers to your questions.

Thais did an amazing job grooming my dog! She was professional, detailed and made my Jojo look and smell absolutely adorable. I’m happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!

⭐ 2/5 Review I went to this pet store for a delivery through Uber Eats. I needed some help, so I asked one of the staff members — a heavy white guy — but he responded very rudely, as if he didn’t want to help at all. It seemed like he thought people who come for Uber or delivery services are not real customers.
I believe the staff should understand that Uber drivers are also customers and human beings, and they deserve the same respect as anyone else.
However, another associate there spoke to me nicely and was very polite and helpful — I really appreciate that.
