Also, I love the fact that they will take a walk in if they have time. Too many places demand online booking... and look at you like your some kind of jerk when you ask if they can take a walk in.

Prior to my last haircut, this would be a 5 star review. I booked an appointment with a particular hairstylist at the end of last week. He was busy with someone else when I arrived at my appointed time & I ended up getting another hairstylist, someone I haven't seen before. She offered to cut my hair & I was hesitant at 1st but also was on a schedule so I accepted. She was very rough... I know that sounds weird but she pressed really hard with her finger tips on top of my head while cutting and pulled my ears aggressively when moving them to cut hair.
