This is a decently big store filled with most pet needs. Staff was friendly but I had to ask for help twice though the store wasnt busy, they must of been doing inventory work but customer service should come first when you have multiple employees working and everyone is busy 'tasking.' I had a few questions to ask but since I waited around and ended up self serving (grabbing items from the top self) I ended up going to another Pet Valu where the employee there could focus o customer service. Great store and products but customer service may need some improvment.

Had a really nice experience here today which I feel like you don’t get anymore nowadays. The cashier walked me right over to the product I was looking for instead of just pointing in the general direction. And they sent me home with some extra treats for free since it was my dog’s birthday. Made my day!

Absolutely best customer service coming from Alex. His knowledge and patience with me was outstanding. Thanks for teaching me about all things Aquarium planting. I will be back soon!!!
