Pet Valu is a pet store that has been providing pets with everything they need to be healthy, happy, and active for many years. The friendly and helpful staff at their neighborhood stores offer a great selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories, along with specially trained Animal Care Experts who are committed to helping customers find the best nutrition and products for their pets. Customers praise the excellent customer service, with staff being attentive and informative, making the location stand out even compared to other stores in the area. The store is well stocked and locally owned, and many pets enjoy visiting to get treats from the lovely staff. The store also features a dog wash, though it may be less effective for thick fur dogs, as some customers have noted that the new dryer struggles to remove water from double-coated coats, requiring hand drying. Despite this, the overall atmosphere remains friendly and welcoming for both pets and owners.
This is a decently big store filled with most pet needs. Staff was friendly but I had to ask for help twice though the store wasnt busy, they must of been doing inventory work but customer service should come first when you have multiple employees working and everyone is busy 'tasking.'
I had a few questions to ask but since I waited around and ended up self serving (grabbing items from the top self) I ended up going to another Pet Valu where the employee there could focus o customer service.
Great store and products but customer service may need some improvment.
Had a really nice experience here today which I feel like you don’t get anymore nowadays. The cashier walked me right over to the product I was looking for instead of just pointing in the general direction. And they sent me home with some extra treats for free since it was my dog’s birthday. Made my day!
Absolutely best customer service coming from Alex. His knowledge and patience with me was outstanding. Thanks for teaching me about all things Aquarium planting. I will be back soon!!!
