This location is spacious and has lots of stuff. Yet, there is always something wrong with self wash station. The blow dryers does not attached properly, the hoses are leaking, the drainages get stuck. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. The self wash stations just need a little bit of investment to fix blow dryers and water supply. The rest is great!

Very friendly staffs. I think one of them (her name is Vendetta?) is new because she keeps on knocking off products from the shelf and is a bit more clumsy and playful, but I will let that slide. 100% would come back again.

We came regularly for pets supplies and the service of self dog washes. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The self dog wash area is well maintained, everything is provided and complimentary treats! Highly recommended
