Parliament Urgent Care Clinic is a welcoming and efficient medical facility. The receptionists are warm, welcoming, and helpful, making it a simple process to see a doctor. The clinic opens at 10am, and patients can expect to wait less than 10 minutes after filling out a short form. Doctors are empathetic, patient, and willing to answer all questions. Dr. Mekhail has been noted for being outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. He takes the time to listen and ensures all concerns are addressed. The clinic also has nurses who are skilled in procedures like blood extractions, with phlebotomists who are sweet and caring. They are open on Saturdays and Sundays, making it convenient for those who cannot visit during weekdays. Overall, patients have had great experiences at this clinic and recommend it for its friendly atmosphere and quality care.
Called and asked if they would do a task for me, they said yes. Then I come in and wait an hour to be told they can’t do it and then they refer me to another spot and tell me to go there right away. Turns out the place doesn’t even accept walk-ins. Wasted about 2 hours of my time. I appreciate the referral though and the team was very kind.
First time at the clinic and I've had a great experience receiving care. I want to especially commend the 2 reception staff on March 20th, 2026 (today) for their patience and assistance with getting some frustrating paperwork for my work sorted, after receiving care there.
I’ve had really positive experiences here so far. Reception staff are polite and courteous. Dr. Pepple is engaged, actually listens, and is responsive. He predicted a condition early on that had been weighing me down without answers or treatment for years from various other providers, and he turned out to be right on target. I’ve since begun treatment and feel better knowing I am working my way toward better health. All of my interactions with him have been supportive, and I feel fortunate to be in his care.
