I’ve had a couple of eye exams at North York Eye Clinic and have also purchased lenses here several times. Each visit has been a great experience. The doctor is extremely thorough and made me feel genuinely cared for. She patiently explained my eye conditions in a way that was easy to understand and offered practical suggestions on how to improve them.
When I initially had some trouble with my lenses, the staff handled it incredibly well — they took them back without any hassle, reordered a new pair, and carefully tested them with me to make sure everything was right. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

I didn't have issues with the clinic previously, but recently it has all been disorganized, and communication is very poor.
I requested the contact lens fitting and discussed all the requirements. I was waiting for two weeks for my contact lens delivery with no updates from the clinic. I contacted the clinic to know that my contacts had not been ordered yet. It required me to contact the clinic 3 times, by email and phone, until they ordered my contacts.
It appeared they ordered just one type of contacts while we discussed trying 3 different brands, so it took them extra time to order more. I suggested meeting as soon as they get my order, as I was getting out...read full review
