I dropped my winter jacket off with them, and they returned it with a few teeth on the zipper missing .. The attendant told me my jacket was like that or it could’ve happened while it was being dry cleaned. Then I got an email after I inquired further, that it was a manufacturing error with my jackets company and I needed to contact them. I’ve dry cleaned my jacket a few times before at other places and this has never happened. I wish I read this reviews beforehand because it seems like other people have had similar experiences …

I dropped a dress off 3 weeks ago, however their business is never open during business hours. I tried to pick it up 3 times during business hours and have called them for weeks, but their doors remain lock, and their numbers don’t work after you drop off your clothes. Unfortunately, you likely won’t get your merchandise back.
