I paid $80 for a tiny mixed materials jacket with the promise that the defect in the front will be fixed and the jacket cleaned. Picked it up in the summer and didn’t use it until I remembered to have a look at it. Not only it looks worse than before, the cleaners put an infuriating message that “dying it will change the texture” OK, why did I pay 80 something dollars? I have told Vivian clearly that it it’s not worth paying for cleaning if they don’t fix the issue.

Vivian has helped me on many occasions and is always honest and kind. I find her prices reasonable for the work and she always delivers her service with a friendly face. She also makes an effort to get things done quickly when there is a deadline and 9 times out of 10, they’re ready early. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great tailor in the annex area.

My Dear Vivian, I have sought your custom for the past 10 years. Your work is exceptional. Your service attitude is not only friendly but outstandingly gracious! Yes, there may have a lapse or two, but these have always been met with an avalanche of quality work and personal goodness!
