Great customer service is what they really have. As soon as they figured there was a problem with my shellac last time, they offered me a free appointment to fix it, and I’m really happy with my nails now ??
They are very good at their business. I had a disappointing experience that right after l had my nails done. It had chipped off and l came back and they fixed it right away without any charge. They are very professional and responsive that l will come back again.
I found this place by chance and I was nervous because to try a new place. But I was pleasantly surprised with the service. They also told me the cost before I started and came very close to my reference image. Lan did a great job! She was patient and listened to me. Will definitely be going back.
