Staff is friendly, place is clean, and prices are competitive. I've been a few times for shellac pedi, and they always do a great job, and it wears well.It's nice that you can book online.I will continue to use this place for nails for sure.

I gotta review this place because I'm so surprised at the other poor experiences had.I have only had positive experiences here, both services and staff.I only go to Nail Story and drive long distances to do so.These lash extensions are the best I have had done in the city. They are gorgeous, the service is fast and they last so long on me that I can't even get back in for a proper fill. 4 weeks is when I start to see lashes missing. To be clear you have to take care of your lashes just like anything else.Nail services have always been excellent too. With the exception of one time the polish wasn't fully cured on my one toe. They fixed it for free the next day.

I called Nail Story on a Tuesday in hopes of booking last minute appointments for four people on the following Thursday. We don't get are nails done often, but Annie and the Nail Story team went above and beyond from the minute she answered the phone. Despite it being last minute, she quickly arranged a time we could all be taken care of together. When we arrived for our appointment, Annie herself did my daughter's nails. My daughter is young, and had never received any sort of spa treatment previously. Annie was incredibly patient and engaging with my daughter, and created a perfect first experience.
