I love these nail salon so much. I went without appointment today, and they accommodate me very friendly. Their smile when you entered is a plus. The service is outstanding ? ?

I was 15 minutes late to my appointment and they were closing in 45 minutes, but still, everyone happily ushered me in, knowing I would be there past closing.
Jennifer was very lovely to chat with and she really focused on fixing my horrible nails ? She did an amazing job!
Even though I was there past closing, and I couldn't stop apologizing, I was constantly reassured that it was okay. Although I felt horrible still, I was never made to feel uncomfortable.

I got a Bio gel refill. The person doing my nails was efficient and receptive to my feedback. I am very picky with my nails so I appreciated his patience when I would ask him to change shape/length to get the look that I want. I would love to see a larger range of nail polish colours (I could not find the colour i wanted). Giving 4 stars because it has been less than a week and the shellac polish on my thumb is already getting chipped. Overall a good experience.
