I've just called James this morning at 8:30 AM regarding the tree root at the front yard encroaching and heaving up the walk way. He picked up the phone after 2 rings and readily put my mind at ease. He was so pleasant, and kind and very knowledgeable. He advised me to call 311 as the tree was likely belong to the city and it was!!! His prompt advice has saved my house the foundation damage and thousands of dollars as the city is responsible for the tree and its damage. I really am so grateful and will definitely call him again for future services of our trees in the backyard! You can't find anyone better than James! Thank you so much and you've really made my day!!

James was great. He saved as a bunch of money by verifying through 311 that the trees encroaching on powerlines and the house were city property and were therefore maintained by the city. He even made the appointment for them to come and prune the house side! Friendly, honest and helpful. Can't ask for more than that!

James was a pleasure to communicate with. When another arborist failed to follow though with our agreement, James stepped up and honored his quoted price from a month prior. His crew showed up on time and David did a wonderful job removing a large black walnut (80 plus feet high). The stump removal by Dan was similarly done in an efficient and careful manner. James runs his business with integrity and I would recommend his tree services without hesitation.
