Never rent at a morguard property.
Since they bought our building we have pest issues, they do not do any pest control, it is impossible to manage when the problem is in the walls not your apartment.
I have submitted countless maintenance requests and never received a single reply.
High recommend never buy or lease any property where your property is managed by morguard .
Stay away it’s should be called graveyard rather then morguard as there is no body to answer your emails never .

The worst place to live. I would never recommend anyone to live here because it is not safe to live in these buildings. It has small balconies, and recently, a man committed suicide by jumping from the 12th floor. They are renting these buildings only to earn money. There are no safety measures for anyone. Since I witnessed him, I have been scared to sit in my living room without my husband, even though I am scared to come home after finishing my job. I am in deep shock.
