i brought in my ancient OnePlus 6 because I dropped it and the screen stopped working and even if I need a new phone I can't not have access to the data on this one... so the battery and the screen were replaced, he also fixed the charging port that I didn't even realize needed repair and got me a case and screen protector and was otherwise just excellent to deal with and the price was also super reasonable and the repair was pretty fast (my screen needed to be ordered so I had to leave my phone but it was fixed by end of lunch next business day)

I had a great experience with Moblile One! My phone had serious screen and cable issues, it wasn’t responding to touch at all. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining clearly that the original screen connector and cable were damaged and needed to be replaced.
I was offered to back up my data and was accommodated when I asked to do the transfer directly to my phone. Later, they even followed up to let me know that my original screen could actually be fixed after all, saving me from having to replace it completely.

Needed my iPhone 13 mini battery replaced after it suddenly stopped holding a charge and Apple wanted me to pay $600 despite it “happening to tons of 13/XS users lately”.
Calvin was so helpful, and had my battery replaced in 20 minutes for $80! He was friendly, kind, and explained everything thoroughly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! :) Also call in ahead of time if you have an older phone to make sure they have or can get the part!
