mh2 dental - Queen West is a new dental clinic on Queen Street West with a superb location. The clinic is very clean and modern, with a clean, spacious, and very welcoming space. The staff were friendly, professional, efficient, and welcoming, and made patients feel comfortable throughout the entire experience, from the exam to the cleaning. The team was caring and patient in handling post-treatment care and answering all questions. The services went great, and even someone who doesn’t like going to the dentist wasn’t nervous at all. The dentist did a cavity filling very carefully and made the whole procedure comfortable and stress-free. The team took the time to walk patients through each step and each tooth, with xray pictures too, and always checked in throughout the process to make sure patients were okay. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful as well. The modern equipment allows you to view detailed images of your teeth and easily identify areas that need attention. Overall, a wonderful experience — highly recommend!
I had a great experience at MH2 Dental. Dr. Brandon Mark took the time to walk me through my teeth health and clear, practical recommendations. It was the first time a dentist has actually spent adequate time in the appointment, and I didn’t feel rushed at all. The receptionists were also really nice, and communication throughout was excellent. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
