The girls went to the salon and got their nails fixed. Thank you for reading my review and responding. This is excellent customer service. Recommended salon. The nails really look beautiful.

My daughter and her friend got their nails done here on February 20th. Exactly a week later, their nails started to come off. These girls work hard, save up their money, and are excited to get their nails done. The nails turned out beautiful, but to pay almost $100, only to have the nails break off a week later, doesn’t seem right. If this was a product that broke after a week’s use, the consumer would be refunded by the store. Do you have any kind of refund or credit policy...read full review

I was going to try different salon a block away from this location, while walking, I saw Metro Nails across the street. It was my first time trying the original salon that I was suppose to he heading but since I am lazy to walk, so, I decided to try Metro Nails. I enter the room and the guy (owner) was so polite, focus and was listening to what im saying/want and did a great job giving me informations I need to know. And to the old lady who did my pedi (forgot her name) who literally dig my ingrown, clean all dead skin, put a hot towel on my feet and all, THANK YOU!

I came in today on my way to dinner/concert, I was frantically looking for a nail salon in the area. Victor greeted me and I asked if he can please repair my nail that flung off in an unknown destination. I hate when one nail breaks, I feel uncomfortable/unkept when ones missing.
He kindly accepted no hassle at all. Surprised & relieved as I was willing to pay $20 for 1 nail repair.
(Side note: Weird some nail salons make you feel you're imposing on them for a 'small/non profit service' especially if it's salon that did the set) I digress.

Victor was Extremely Friendly and efficiently quick. Shape was amazing compared to the wreckage the initial person did....read full review
