Ramin alaem was amazing. I went to Lexus in Brampton and Acura, they were not welcoming at all and had their arms crossed the whole time. Thought I check out Mercedes, seen what they had and walked in. Immediately I was impressed, was greeted right away and offered coffee and snacks. Ramin made me feel special, walked me through every little step, and gave me his honest opinion about everything. I walked out purchasing the car!
