If it had zero stars, that's what I would give them. I have been patient with them trying to fix an issue since Jan 2023, it's now Dec 2023 and still nothing has been resolved just like they promised they would. It's a total scam, I am being forced to pay for a service I never received and cancelled it 2 hours after booking. I was told that it will be settled but every time I want to get a confirmation letter or email, I am being ghosted. I tried calling every locations and it seems like no one is even trying to accommodate me. Looking at all these reviews makes me sick that they have scammed or mis handled so many customers. Please anyone reading this do not use this company !!! They'll take your money for treatment weather you get the treatment or not they'll lie to you and tell you you can't cancel or recieve any type of refund even if it's within their 14 days which shows on their website policy and terms they've ruined my life I've developed anxiety and depression over this company they don't care about you or your situation they'll talk you into financing and that's when they'll get you please do not allow this save yourself

I came here several times for masseters botox, and the only pleasant part of the experience was nurse Paige (she was kind, sweet, and has a very good aura). However, the prices are definitely not great. I found much better prices in Richmondhill for brand name botox than the neurotoxin i gor injected at New You. Moreover, the staff always try to push very overpriced packages for thousands of dollars and make it seem like its a steal. The energy of clinic was just not giving *authenticity* (except for the lovely nurse).
