Wayspa is a scam. I bought a gift card for my mother for Mother's Day and there are ZERO locations anywhere around my area where it can be used, and wayspa customer service is all but telling me "too bad", and refusing to refund my money. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I contacted WaySpa by phone and email but my issue has not be resolved. 3 $100 gift cards were purchased from Costco and I am not able to access them. When I try to download them I receive an error message on the WaySpa website stating that my eGift is in legacy format needs to be replaced. I called the phone # that I was directed to call and spoke with a representative from WaySpa and they said that they would look into it and then I received an email from WaySpa informing that the issue was resolved and that I would need to go to Costco and get them to issue the gift cards. I went to Costco and they informed that it is an issue with WaySpa's website (as I thought) and I responded to the email and never received a response. Terrible customer service...

As a vendor waiting on a $700 payment from wayspa, I’m not the least bit happy with them. Think about it before signing up with them. Left several voicemails and emails with no reply. If you’re dealing with a guy named Rafik like I am, good luck getting a response. Wonder if he keeps a commission for not paying out what we are owed? Why else doesn’t he reply to my several vm’s and emails over several weeks??
