Jeff and George came by our studio in Yorkville to troubleshoot a wifi issue that was leading to inconsistent connectivity among our HomePods network, which was obviously a huge problem when we want background music playing without interruption. They identified a bunch of quick fixes for improving network reliability as well as some suggestions for how to improve our hardware and network configurations. Communication was great, they showed up on time and were very pleasant to have around. A++

These guys are the GOATs of getting Mac’s back on line. They have fair pricing, stick to their promised schedule, and stay until it’s fixed. If you have a Mac problem that is defeating you, call them sooner rather than later.
