Lowe's Home Improvement has transitioned to become a Rona+ store, offering customers a wide variety of products, including paint, patio furniture, home décor, tools, flooring, and appliances. The store is well-stocked for most DIY projects, though some specialty items may require online ordering. The staff is described as hardworking and courteous, with the store manager going above and beyond to assist customers. Despite the name change, the store remains largely the same. The store has easily accessible associates at all times, and customers have praised the fantastic customer service. Adel in the Flooring department was particularly helpful with carpeting needs, and the entire team of staff in other departments were also very supportive, making customers feel at home. However, some customers have experienced issues with the lack of proper wrapping for delicate products, leading to damaged items during transport.
Good service. Very quick
I had a good experience on my last visit. A sales associate in the tools department took the time to identify my item and assisted me in locating my required part. This associate is a good example for proper customer service. I will definitely return to Rona and expect to find the same good service.
Kudos to Dave in Windows and Doors. He was super helpful and went above and beyond what you experience in customer service today. We needed shutters for our home and they were not available where we lived. He not only looked to make sure they were in stock. He called me back to let me know he got them down and placed them at customer service for me. I explained that I lived 90 min away and wanted them shipped to my home. He not only asked fellow colleagues how to do this he once again called me back to explain the process. He was determined for me to get these shutters.
