The process was really easy, booking over the phone was quick and he was very thorough. We got lots of reminder emails as we approached moving day which provided me peace of mind knowing we were fully booked with them. The movers called when they were on their way, and then worked so hard for the duration of the move. It was -20 something, so cold, and I can't thank them enough for helping. They even moved our piano, and the extra fee for that was super reasonable. It was worth every penny!
I had a very smooth moving experience with Lets Get Moving. This is my second time using its service, and I am not disappointed. I got help from Jugraj and karandeep singh, they are very skilled and helpful, the moving is done with speed, and they can handle every furniture well. They are very friendly, and we are very thankful to have them today.
The movers were absolutely masterful. They expertly wrapped our furniture and disassembled, then reassembled the ones which couldn't be moved whole. The only worry was meeting the deadline for the reserved elevator, if you're moving into a high-rise building. The movers needed two-and-a-half hours before they were ready to leave the pickup location.
