Adam is the definition of a craftsman. He restored and customized a pair of my grandmother's old loafers and they look brand-new. Not only is his work top notch, but it's SO valuable and essential in a world where fast fashion is the norm!

I ordered the granny boots (with one change, adding of a good year welt) from Adam.The process was easy even though I was ordering online, I sized my feet using his recommended app and then he offered to remake the boots should they not fit. His turnaround time was quick and the boots fit once they arrived. I’ve been wearing them for 2-3 months now, they are well made and comfortable.The classic style is beautiful and I am looking forward to wearing them for many years to come.These boots exceeded my expectations and it’s so cool to have shoes that were made in Canada just for me!See attached pictures from a little photoshoot I did with my family.

I took a pair of winter boots in for new heels and half-soles. The job was done quite promptly (in less time than estimated), but after about a month's wear I noticed some problems. I took them back and Adam went the extra mile to make the situation right (better, even!) for no additional charge. Highly recommended.
