Luke was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. After our home inspection results, we were worried our electrical panel was not in a proper location and needed to be moved which would've cost a significant amount of money and renovation.
Luke was prompt, was the first to answer my call, and came to view the home the very next day. He assessed the electrical panel, provided knowledgeable information, was honest and ensured it was accessible and in a safe location. Luke came to help us last minute with an exterior breaker panel replacement after our pool pump stopped working. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. We appreciate the time he took to explain things to us. Very family oriented and took great concern in the safety of our children.
We had an electric panel issue and contacted Luke the Master Electrician who advised us that he would come over to address the issue on June 24. Luke arrived on time and immediately assessed the electrical panel issue without delay.
Luke had all the necessary materials on board his service vehicle. Luke replaced the 2 40 amp breakers and also replaced 2 additional faulty breakers before it got worse.
Luke worked in a clean and efficient manner., he verified that the stove was in proper working order.Luke also checked all the main Breakers .
We are extremely satisfied with Luke’s abilities and integrity.
