Thank you for taking such care fixing up my XC70. It was messed up by another shop but after a few hours with you, like a whole new car.

Winter 2026 was harsh and my 2006 Volvo V70 AWD steering was groaning and felt heavy. I took the car to Volvo Villa where I had serviced my car for many years. The diagnosis –“Found steering rack starting to leak – rec replace rack and power steering pump – Rack discontinued by Volvo.” Nothing more was suggested. I was very disappointed by the response. I had been a faithful customer feeling abandoned.
I subsequently searched for a recommended Volvo service expert in Toronto. Two company names appeared. I reached out to them by email asking about my predicament and asked about my options. None responded.
Continuing with my search I came across KWL Automotive… read full review
Fantastic top-notch service and Volvo expertise - keeping our family car safe and reliable for years.
No other place I trust on Toronto to provide honest advice and recommendations for well-priced service and repairs. KWL corrected and unraveled years of under-recommended service and repairs with low quality parts used by previous shops we went to in the city that did not last, were ultimately more expensive, and left us stranded and stressed.
Many thanks to KWL - very glad to have such a solid business that genuinely cares about the people and families behind the wheel.
